Tech Angels is a local, community-driven initiative founded in 2025 to address the growing digital vulnerability of Delaware seniors.

Our mission is to empower seniors with the skills and confidence to navigate the digital world safely, stay connected, and protect themselves from fraud through hands-on workshops, one-on-one coaching, and personalized support.​​
